Sex On The Set

In an effort to prove that Ron Jeremy was once more than the dude who provides comedy relief in porn, I spent some time searching classic flicks recently and found this gem. There isn't a ton of plot in this film, which makes it stand out from a lot of older movies I watch. They basically made a porno about making a porno, which is not necessarily a bad thing!

The final scene is a classic one starring Jeremy. Cathy Reed is an aspiring porn star who's come into to talk about her audition tape. Of course, before long, Jeremy's got her high heels in the air and is pumping away.

This one is classic Jeremy as he talks throughout the action. I might be so intrigued by this scene because it's the only one I can find by Reed and I like to think it's an actual casting call because of the banter. At one point, as he's admiring her ass, he asks if she does anal and when she responds no he just says "ok, we'll skip it." The scene ends with a cream pie and applause from the masses! It's kind of like the first gonzo scene ever.

I really like that scene, because it stars a younger Jeremy and had a very unique feel to it, but the rest of the movie is hot. There are a couple of good threesome's and a mostly lesbian scene starring Taija Rae. Unfortunately, a dude comes in at the very end and "saves the day," which always leaves a sour taste in this dyke's mouth...

Sex on the Set is a great 80s flick that never takes itself too seriously. If you want to see Jeremy back before his reality TV days, this would be a good flick to watch.
